梅子蜜饯食品有限公司成立於2009年，并在2010年增加员林工厂，致力开拓欧美日市场并为拓展国际市场，成立研发中心，开发多元化创新产品，已畅销欧美日市场深获肯定。於2010年荣获行政院农业委员会 (Council of griculture , Executive Yuan)、行政院卫生署(Department of Health , Executive Yuan)及食品工业发展研究所(Food Industry Research and Development Institute)，共同辅导颁发为全国第一家CAS(Chinese Agricultural Standards)优良蜜饯厂。
