We are dealing with all types of Ready Made Garments (Knit, Woven, Sweater, Jacket & Undergarments), Socks, Towel and any kinds of Home Textile etc. We also deal with all types of Garments stock lot.
We are working with more then 10 knit factories, 5 woven factories, 5 sweater factories and more then 10 accessories/fabrics manufacturers & suppliers in DONG GUAN. We can deal with any kinds of garments’ products of knit, woven & sweater.

Production Lead Time: Knit 90 Days, Woven 120 Days & Sweater 120 Days
Minimum Order Quantity: 30,000 Pcs for knit, 10,000 Pcs for Woven, 15,000 Pcs Sweaters
MODE OF OPERATION
1.Inquiry – Upon receipt with artwork or original sample, we will cost the item & give our prices.
2.If price is generally agreed, we will make first sample in our sampling department – either from artwork or make counter sample from buyers’ original sample.
3.All first samples are made on available fabric & colors. However, we try our best to use exact fabric. Once the first samples have been approved then, upon agreement with the buyer, where fabric is readily available, we will make further corrected samples so that the buyer can start initial marketing.
4.When order is in hand, we do lab-dip immediately

6.Negotiate with manufacturing factory
Once lab dips have been approved & all L/C for fabric & accessories has been opened, we chase fabric & accessory supplier for samples forms bulk production. Once received, we make sales-mans samples for the buyer.
7.Once fabric & accessories all arrive at factory; we do the inventory & after approval, give go-ahead to factory to start production. No production will start without our approval. 8.Continuous supervision by our quality control inspectors is a pre- requisite which each and every factory must follow strictly.
9.Once production is completed, we carry out final inspection of the finished garments prior to shipment. Accordingly, we will issue pre-shipment inspection certificate.
10.We arrange shipping.
11.We chase for documentation. Our shipping department will check all documentation to ensure that all necessary documents have been prepared properly & as per buyers’ requirement.
