北京华源世纪汽车零部件制造有限公司（以下简称BHYCA）隶属于华源集团，成立于1990年10月，专业从事汽车零部件的制造及生产服务。经过15年的发展华源集团先后成立了汽车零部件制造分公司、轮胎装配分公司、装焊分公司、喷涂分公司及物流配送分公司等，发展至今已成为经营多种业务的综合性集团公司。
集团总部坐落于北京市朝阳区广渠路，总占地面积30,000m2，建筑面积近20,000m2，现有员工126人，产品已被国内各大汽车厂如北京奔驰、华晨金杯、天津一汽及保定长城等认可和采用。
公司在管理上始终抓质量、重信誉，视产品质量为企业的生命源泉，在产品上力求精品，在管理上力求完善公司现已通过QS9000质量体系认证，以规范的管理模式和先进的经营理念确保满足客户要求。
BEIJING HUAYUAN CENTURY AUTOMOBILE COMPONENTS MANUF. CO., LTD. (hereby referred to as BHYC ) was established in the Oct. 1990 and is a subsidiary of HuaYuan Group. AMC specializes in the design and manufacturing of auto parts and components. After 15 years development, HuaYuan Group has established subsidiaries, including Automotive Component Company, Wheel Company, Weld Company, Painting Company, Logistics Company, etc. and has developed into a group with comprehensive businesses.
AMC is headquartered in Guangqu Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, with an area of 30,000m2, building area of 20,000m2 and 126 employees. The products are approved and used by leading automotive companies, such as Brilliance Auto, Tianjin FAW, Beijing Jeep Company and Baoding Great Wall ect..
Our company put great emphasis on the QM (quality management), and strive to provide high quality products. We have introduced normative management mode and advanced management ideas to meet the requirements of customers. Furthermore, we have already obtained the Certifications of QS9000.

A4 近年销售业绩 / Sales Achievement In Recent Years
华源集团经过15年的稳步发展，市场稳步扩大，2004年销售额达到4,680万元人民币，预计2005年可超过6,000万元人民币，鉴于多年来的坚实市场基础到2006年销售额有望超过1亿元人民币。
After 15 years development, the market share of HuaYuan Group expands steadily. The sales of group achieved RMB46,800,000. It is estimated that the sales will be over RMB60,000,000 in 2005. With solid market niche, The company expects to achieve annual sales of more than RMB100 million in 2006.
A5 产品开发 / Product R&D
公司拥有产品开发设计人员28名，占员工总数的22.2%，主要开发设计人员均来自汽车行业及电子行业，具有丰富的产品设计、开发、制造经验。可最大限度地满足客户的要求。
There are 28 development and design staff in the company, which accounts for 22.2% of the total employees. Most development and design staff comes from automotive industry and electronic industry. With their rich experience in the design, development and manufacture of products, they strive to meet the requirements of customers.
CAD/CAM广泛地应用于产品开发及模具制造。利用计算机网络进行CAD/CAM设计，并建立了PDM数据管理系统，极大地提高了设计水平。
CAD/CAM is broadly used in the development of products and manufacture of molds. We use computer networks to carry out CAD/CAM design and established PDM system to manage the data, which has enhanced our design ability greatly.
A6 质量保障 / Quality System
全面贯彻QS9000质量体系同时根据自身情况自主研发一套完整的ERP系统，目前已经在电动窗工厂实施，计算机终端深入到厂区内几乎每个工位，用于质量管理、质量控制及质量信息收集统计分析等，为更加严格的质量控制打下了坚实的基础。于此同时该系统广泛地应用于生产调度、生产管理信息收集统计分析及工位工艺卡、作业指导书的自动切换等最大限度地提高工作效率。
Besides carrying out QS9000, we have developed an ERP System independently based on our own situations, which has been implemented in Window Regulator Plant. There are terminals in almost every station of the plant. The system is used in quality management, quality control and the collection and analysis of quality information, and lays a solid foundation for stricter quality control. The system is also widely used in the dispatch of production, the collection and analysis of production management information, the automatic transfer of technique cards and operation instructions and has improved the efficiency substantially.

A7 试验手段 / Test Method
试验室可完成除抗无线电干扰以外所有的零部件的试验，可满足最严格的试验标准要求，为我们设计、匹配、制造汽车零部件提供了完备的实验手段。部分主要试验设备如下：
