中体建科国际运动地面科学检测中心（英文缩写CIST），是由中国篮球协会组建，从事运动地面检测，具有独立法人地位的第三方检测机构。
CIST认真贯彻执行质量法、标准化法、计量法等国家有关质量方面的方针法规及国际通行的检测准则，坚持“以计量为基础，以标准为准绳”的质量方针，做到检测工作的科学性、公正性、权威性。
CIST积极吸收国内外优秀检测中心和实验室的管理经验，学习检验技术，不断提高人员的整体素质，争取早日成为具有国际先进技术水平和管理水平的检测中心。为我国奥运事业和体育产业的发展做出贡献。
China International Sportsfloor Constructs Science Test Center (CIST), set up by the Chinese Basketball Association, is the third examin organization engaging in the sportsfloor examination with independent legal status.
CIST seriously carries out the national related quality laws and regulations and the international general examination criterion such as quality, standard, mensuration policy and so on, persists the quality policy "taking the measurement as a foundation, the standard as a criterion" , makes the examination work scientific,fair and authority.
CIST positively absorbs domestic and foreign managerial experience from outstanding test center and laboratory, learns examination technology, unceasingly improves personnel's level, so that it can soon become the examination center achieving international advanced technical and management level to contribute for Chinese Olympic Games enterprise and the development of sports industry .
