库车新农乳业有限责任公司，是全国农业产业化龙头企业——新疆塔里木农业综合开发股份有限公司控股的一家乳制品公司。公司注册资金3200万元，其中新农开发出资1700万元，库车县人民政府出资1500万元。公司坐落于库车县经济技术开发区内，厂区占地200亩，现有现代化标准厂房及办公大楼1000㎡，交通位置便利。
我公司的鲜奶主要来源于工业化养殖生产企业——新疆塔里木农业开发股份有限公司控股的另一家乳制品公司——阿克苏新农乳业有限责任公司；阿克苏乳业公司现有资产2亿元，拥有5个现代化千头牛场，从澳大利亚引进荷斯坦纯种奶牛5000头，初步建立了稳固的自有奶源，牛场挤奶全部采用瑞典利拉伐公司进口的全自动化挤奶设备，有效避免了人工挤奶带来得污染。为我公司的奶粉生产提供了高品质的原料奶。我公司全套奶粉生产设备是引进内蒙古九强生产设备，目前日处理鲜奶150吨，日产全脂淡奶粉12吨，其中无抗全脂淡奶粉占90％左右，由于有了优质的奶源供应，先进的生产工艺设备，严格的质检品控中兴，为生产出优质合格的产品打下了坚实的基础。所生产的全脂淡奶粉经计量技术监督局抽检后，所有指标全部合格。水分3.68％；蛋白质24.92％；脂肪26％；复原乳酸度16.5；杂质度8mg/KG。
