东方空运1963年成立于香港，开始时的业务以香港往返欧洲线的空运项目为主，及后一步拓展北美及东南亚市场。相继于纽约、洛杉矶、芝加哥及马尼拉、宿雾等重要港口设立分公司，其后业务更伸展至中东、南美、东欧等地。于1998年，设立东方船运加强海运项目的服务。东方空运先后参加了多个国际货运专业团体成为会员，如IATA，Logistics Association and C-TPAT等。随着中国市场的开放，东方空运也在国内取得国家一级国际货运代理的资格，并在广州、上海、南京及深圳等地开设公司。经过多年努力耕耘，东方空运到今已建立了覆盖全球主要货运港的网络。总、分公司合共15间，配以近百个港口代理，为逾千个客户提供全面性的物流服务。
ORIENTAL AIR Transport Service established in Hong Kong in 1963. At the beginning.our service was mainly focused on air carriage between Hong Kong and Europe We then expanded to include cities in North America and South East Asia,later on to Middle East,South America and East Europe. We have set up branch offices in major ports in New York,Los Angeles.Chicago,Manila,Cebu and etc.In1998,we set up ORIENTAL SEA and commenced services in sea carriage.ORIENTAL AIR has joined many international and professional organizations as members,such as IATA,Logistics Association and C-TPAT.Following the opening of markets in China,ORIENTAL AIR has obtained the qualification of GRADE A International Freight Forwarding Agent and set up branch offices in Guangzhou,Shanghai,Nanjing and Shenzhen.After these years of hard working.ORIENTAL AIR has already completed the global network covering most major port cities.Nowadays(2004), ORIENTAL AIR has all together 15 offices. Including headquarters and brancher,and nearly 100 port agents to provide all kinds of logistics services to more than 1000 major customers.
