阜城县华兴服装有限公司公司成立于1996年，是由几名下岗女职工创办的，经过十几年的艰苦创业，现已发展成为集纺织、印染、电脑绣花、服装加工为一体的大型企业，同时，也是华北地区最大的穆斯林服装生产企业。公司注册资金1200万元，公司现有员工2380名，占地面积108000平方米，固定资产8000万元，2008年产值1.38亿元,上缴税金1013万元，公司以生产穆斯林民族服装为主，兼营坯布生产，纺织印染等，年出口服装近1000万件/套。产品出口到沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、科威特等中东的二十几个国家和地区，公司是“全国再就业先进企业”、“全国青年文明号单位”、“中国工商联合会会员单位”，公司总经理高秀娟是全国“五一”劳动奖章获得者，被国务院授予“全国劳动模范”等荣誉称号。
