SHANGHAI TOPSOLAR GREEN ENERGY CO., LTD. is a Co. was built in 2002 with 3 years export experience. It's special for mono-crystalline silicon solar module. The main oversea market is German, Austria, Holland , Spain, and Italy. Last year we have finished 7MW; and this year we planed to finish 25MW and we have finished 10MW from JANUARY TO JUNE.
We own two production lines including mono-crystalline silicon cell and module. Now the main type is SOLAR MODULE TSM-160M, including 140W, 150W, 160W, 165W.
