Yongtong Ductile Cast Iron Pipe Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the large scale state-owned enterprise. Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd., aged of 48 years. It locates in Anyang city which is one of the eight famous capitals of Chinese ancient dynasty and is also called “the Hometown of Inscription on Tortoise Bone”.
As a modern factory of high start, high standard, high quality, it processes the first level production lines with capacity of 250000 tons annual production for ductile cast iron pipes with T type joint. This production line adopts advanced process. There are six centrifugal furnaces best in China and six induction furnaces best in the world, especially using 60m regenerative annealing furnace for assuring the pipe’s mechanical property, antisepsis treatment adopting zinc spraying and innoxiously paintings outside and cement lining inside, which are widely used to supply and drain water systems.
The raw material (pig iron) for the ductile pipes is provided by Angang Group Shuiye Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. This kind of pig iron has been widely used by lots of domestic and foreign users for its excellent properties, including low S, low Ti, and low P contents. So far, the whole company has been certified by SGS ISO9001:2000, and the production process strictly conforms to the international standards ISO2531 to ensure the quality and lifetime of every pipe.
