Founded in 1984, Hepu Lianzhou Plume Products Factory is a manufacturer specializing in manufacturing washed down/feather products, clothing and gloves.
Our factory is located in Hepu County, a port city in Guangxi Province by the Beibuwan Gulf of China South Sea. So our company enjoys a convenient transportation. The superior geographical environment and mild climate also benefits our factory to have a good quality and abundant down raw material resources as well.
After 20 years effort, the an annual production capacity of our company reaches 200 metric tons of 85% and above high class washed down, 1,000 metric tons of medium/low class down (feather), 200,000 pairs of gloves and 200,000 pieces of clothing. Our factory is fully equipped with advanced automatic down washing line, down sorting machines and their auxiliaries and sewing machines. Meanwhile, our factory takes advantages of advanced down inspection facilities to guarantee the superb and stable quality of down products.
As one of the main exporter in Guangxi down industry, our factory has the right of export and imports. 95% of products are exported to USA, Japan, France, Korea and also sell well in Taiwan area, and wins a widespread recognition in the industry.
