上海乾程服饰有限公司总部位于浙江省平湖市全塘镇。总部创立于1996年8月，属合资企业，占地面积26800万平方米，拥有固定资产2800万元，流动资产1066万元，设有6个生产车间，共有生产工人1100多人。主要生产80％的外销服装，20％的内销服装。
