我公司储罐安全保护
储罐它内里装载的物资有着很多无害的的物资，所以储罐的安全性是及其的慌张，所以就必要我们常常按期的查抄，去实时的创造不安全不不乱的身分。
我们该若何有用的查抄储罐创造不不乱身分呢？
1罐顶，罐壁，罐底的壁体厚度监测。
2一切焊缝裂纹的检测。
3附件的实时检测，包含其呼吸阀，安全阀、光孔、人孔、除渣孔、量油孔等。
注：隆冬时节行将分开对付储罐中那些化学工料和煤油等产物，更是必要细致的，所以对储罐的运输和保证储罐的安全万万不可马虎！

1.储罐的使用与维护，应按“压力容器安全技术监察规程”要求和本说明进行。

2.日常检查与维护 Daily inspection and maintenance
储罐在运行过程中，要经常检查安全阀、压力表、液位计工作是否正常，阀门管路是否有泄漏，外部有无异常现象，发现问题及时处理。
During operation of the tank, check the safety valve, pressure gauge and liquid level meter regularly, whether the valve line is leaking, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon outside, and find the problem to be handled in time.
3.定期校验 Regular verification
3.1安全阀整定压力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校验一次，并加铅封，作好记录。
Safety valve setting pressure is not more than 2.27Mpa, at least once a year, and add seals, make a record.
3.2定期检查夹层真空度，未装低温介质的情况下真空度应低于65Pa，装有低温介质的情况下，真空度应低于10Pa为合格。
Regularly check the sandwich vacuum, the vacuum should be less then 65Pa without vacuum medium; with a low temperature medium, the vacuum should be less than 10Pa for the pass.

关于lng储罐的阀门与管材的选择
lng储罐是用来存储液化天然气用的储罐，可分为地下储罐、地上金属储罐和金属/混凝土储罐类。lng储罐不同的用途对其阀门、管材等配件有不同的要求，应如何选择合适的关键配件呢？
1、阀门选型设计
工艺系统阀门应该满足输送LNG的压力和流量要求，同时必须具备耐-196℃的低温性能。常用的LNG阀门主要有增压调节阀、减压调节阀、紧急切断阀、低温截止阀、安全阀、止回阀等。阀门材料为0Cr18Ni9.
2、管材、管件、法兰选型设计
①介质温度≤-20℃的管道采用输送流体用不锈钢无缝钢管（GB/T 14976-2002），材质为0Cr18Ni9.管件均采用材质为0crl8Ni9的无缝冲压管件（GB/T 12459-90）。法兰采用凹凸面长颈对焊钢制管法兰（HG 20592-97），其材质为0Cr18Ni9.法兰密封垫片采用金属缠绕式垫片，材质为0crl8Ni9.紧固件采用双头螺柱、螺母，材质为0Crl8Ni9.
②介质温度>-20℃的工艺管道，当公称直径≤200 mm时，采用输送流体用无缝钢管（GB/T8163-1999），材质为20号钢；当公称径>200mm时采用焊接钢管（GB/T 3041-2001），材质为Q235B.管件均采用材质为20号钢的无缝冲压管件（GB/T 12459-90）。法兰采用凸面带颈对焊钢制管法兰（HG 20592-97），材质为20号钢。法兰密封垫片采用柔性石墨复合垫片（HG 20629-97）。
lng储罐工艺管道安装除必要的法兰连接外，均采用焊接连接。低温工艺管道用聚氨酯绝热管托和复合聚乙烯绝热管壳进行绝热。碳素钢工艺管道作防腐处理。
3、冷收缩问题
lng储罐管道通常采用奥氏体不锈钢管，材质为0crl8Ni9,虽然其具有优异的低温机械性能，但冷收缩率高达0.003.站区lng储罐管道在常温下安装，在低温下运行，前后温差高达180℃，存在着较大的冷收缩量和温差应力，通常采用"门形"补偿装置补偿工艺管道的冷收缩。关于lng储罐的阀门与管材的选择

2.4.1液体二氧化碳的正常排放是在储罐增压后，开启V2排液阀，V3回气阀，液体二氧化碳便流入汽化器汽化，供使用点使用。
