●     能一次完成纸板1—5色印刷、压线、修边、开槽、切角、打孔、模切等多道工序。

●     This machine can fulfill the processes such as paperboard printing (1~5 colors), creasing, edge trimming, slotting, corner cutting, hole punching and die cutting etc in one cycle automatically.。
●     The auxiliary paper feed with vacuum suction push-plate is adopted and the main motor’s electromagnetic speed regulation is employed.
●     The main motor adopts conversion control and is stable in run.
●     On the master control panel of the paperboard feeding part there is equipped with a 5.7 inches LCD touchable screen. (Omron，made in Japan).
●     PLC and touchable screen control are applied in productive output counting, velocity, intermittent feeding, anilox roller and the up-to-down movement of the rubber roller.
●     If paperboard-lacking is found in the automatic return-to-zero or productive process of every unit, this machine has the functions of automatic stopping and trouble alarm.
●     The slotting system employs high precision screw bar and knife disc position is arranged accurately and reliably.     
●     The rubber cushion recovery system and differential compensation device are employed for die cutting rubber roller.
●     Zeroing device is installed for every unit.
●     The pneumatic lock is actuated in case the electrical control equipment of every unit released.
