●     能一次完成纸板1—5色印刷、压线、修边、开槽、切角、打孔、模切等多道工序。
  ●     采用真空吸附推板辅助送纸。主电机电磁调速。
  ●     印刷版辊筒、开槽刀盘、模切辊相位调整为电动调整。
  ●     印刷版辊筒、开槽刀盘、模切辊轴向调整、开槽箱高调整均为手动调整。

  ●     模切胶辊设有胶垫修复系统和速差补偿装置。
  ●     各部分设有自动归零装置

●     This machine can fulfill the processes such as paperboard printing (1~5 colors), creasing, edge trimming, slotting, corner cutting, hole punching and die cutting etc in one   cycle automatically.
●     The auxiliary paper feed with vacuum suction push-plate is adopted and the main motor’s electromagnetic speed regulation is employed.
●     The phase for printing forme roller, slotting disk and die cutting roller are of all electrically regulated.
●     Manual regulations are all employed for the axial setting of printing forme roller, slotting dick, die cutting roller and carton slotted height is manually regulated (Customers may request the electric regulation according to their requirements) .
●     The rubber cushion recovery system and differential compensation device are employed for die cutting rubber roller.
●     Zeroing device is installed for every unit.	
●     The pneumatic lock is actuated in case the electrical control equipment of every unit released.
●     The transmission gears accurately ground is lubricated with splashing oiling systems in their running to gain the high performance, low noise and long service life.
●     The electric control units and major bearings are used imported ones to secure the top quality.
