ZFX系统是一个在连续气流中，每个循环产生少量油的油气混合物的完整系统。该系统具有一个驱动和控制单元。通过加药元件分配适量的油并与空气混合，可通过每个出口上的螺钉调节空气-油流量。空气-机油混合气由光学传感器控制，该传感器还可验证小流量水平。PLC管理泵液位开关信号以及来自控制传感器的信号。泵驱动由PLC管理，因此油量与受控驱动的数量有关。
