CPC认证是Children’s Product Certificate的英文简称，CPC证书就类似于国内的检测报告，在通过相关检测、出具报告后同时可出具的一纸证书，证书列明进/出口商信息，商品信息、以及已做过的相关检测项目及其依据的法规标准。亚马逊平台在上线一些类别的产品（如儿童玩具、婴童用品等）时会要求商家同时上传CPC证书，没有CPC证书的相关儿童产品不得在线销售。
目前，儿童玩具产品、母婴产品出口美国都需要CPC认证证书和CPSIA报告进行过关清关。国外网商亚马逊，ebay，速卖通也都分分要求中国制造的儿童产品玩具产品母婴产品办理CPC儿童产品安全证书。
一、CPC认证管控产品范围
儿童服装，儿童玩具，儿童观学习用品，儿童饰品，
儿童产品（为12岁或以下儿童设计、或者12岁或以下作为主要使用者的消费品），例如：儿童玩具、儿童服装、儿童学习用品等；
二、CPC认证测试标准要求
SPSC 总共公布了 38 个标准，主要涉及的检测内容有：
①CPSIA 总铅和邻苯；
②美国玩具标准 ASTMF963；
③电动玩具安全标准 16 CFR Part 1505；
④摇铃玩具要求 16 CFR Part 1510；
⑤奶嘴安全标准 16 CFR Part 1511；
⑥儿童服装、地毯燃烧性能，如 16 CFR Part 1610；
⑦幼儿产品：童车、童床、围栏、背带、安全座椅、自行车头盔等产品标准。
