性 状：无色结晶或白色结晶性粉末。微有潮解性。久置或见光析出碘即变黄。

易溶于水，可溶于乙醇、丙酮和甘油，不溶于乙醚。mp680℃。

 Appearance and Properties： A colowless or white，

slightly delignescent crystalline powder，

sets tree iodine and goes yellow when exposed to air and/or light，

easily dissolves in water，dissolves in ethyl alcohol，

acetone and glycerol，and is insoluble in ethyl ether. 

Melting point 680℃。 

用 途 ：常用分析试剂。照相用感光乳剂的配制，制药工业。

 Use：Used as an analytical reagent，to prepare photographic emulsion，

and in manufacture of pharmaceuticals.
