ZK3401替代AO3401

这是一个控制电源通断的电路。AO3401是增强型PMOS，简单来说，当Vgs(即Q7的1-2间电压)有一个负压时，Q7就会导通，对于AO3401来讲，完全开通电压大约为-10V，但-3.3V也可以基本导通，只是阻抗略大（大约100毫欧），具体不同Vgs电压下导通阻抗可以查阅AO3401手册。
