智能型电源模块－SLM (Smart Line Module)
2.2.1 基本特征
SLM 是将三相交流电整流成直流电，并能将直流电回馈到电网，但直流母线电压不能调节，所以又称非调节型电源模
块。对于 5Kw 和 10Kw 的 SLM，可以通过端子 X22: 2 来选择是否需要能量回馈；而对于 16Kw 和 36Kw 的 SLM，可以通
过参数来选择是否需要能量回馈。对于不允许回馈的供电电网，也可以接制动单元和制动电阻来实现制动。5Kw 和 10Kw
的 SLM 是通过端子进行控制，而 16Kw 和 36Kw 的 SLM 是通过 Drive-CLiQ 接口来控制，通过该接口和主控单元进行数据
交换。SLM 的供电电压为 380－480V，功率范围为 5-36Kw。在实际应用中，在电网和 BLM 之间必须安装与其功率相对应
的电抗器。对于 36Kw 的 SLM，我们推荐使用滤波器。

SINAMICS S120 is designed to allow free combination of power and control performance. Multi-axis drives with higher-level motion control can be implemented with the SINAMICS S120 modular system as easily as single-drive solutions.
Greater flexibility with central control intelligence
On the SINAMICS S120, the drive intelligence is combined with closed-loop control functions into Control Units.
These units are capable of controlling drives in Vector, Servo and V/f modes. They also perform the speed and torque control functions plus other intelligent drive functions for all axes on the drive.

3) 外部风冷尺寸 100x380x226/66.5 中，226 表示在柜内的部分，66.5 表示在柜外的部分。
4) 当 24V 母线上通过的电流大于 20A 时，必须再单订购 24V 适配器。
5) DC 母线容量为 100A，当 DC 母线上通过的电流大于 100A ，则必须单订购母线适配器。
6) 通常 PS6=1.3*Pn，PS6 指 40％的负载循环。如负载循环为 10min，其中 4min 为 0.4Pn，则 6min 为 PS6。
7) 通常 Pmax=(1.94~ 2.19)*Pn，Pmax 是指功率。如果负载循环为 60s，其中 50s 为 0.4Pn，则 10s 为 Pmax。

¾ Drive-CLIQ 电缆，用于与 CU320 连接。
¾ DRIVE-CLIQ 电缆，用于连接相邻的电机模块，其长度由模块本身的宽度决定。
¾ 24V DC 端子短接器，用于连接相邻的电机模块的 24VDC 母排。
¾ 24V DC 端子适配器，用于线缆和 24VDC 母排的转换。
什么是无编码器矢量控制，有哪些特点
在"无编码器矢量控制"中，控制中的变量"速度"的实际值不是直接测量的，而是通过
实际控制变量以及其他变量计算出来的。因此，无传感器矢量控制 （SLVC）
也称为频率控制，因为实际速度是根据电机中的实际频率和从电压和电流测量的电
流模型等方式计算得来的。
在控制精度和动力特性方面，SLVC 不如使用编码器的矢量控制。
用于模型计算的电流和电压等变量受干扰等因素的影响，需要使用软件中的滤波算
法进行处理，在转矩控制方面会存在不足，并且对计算时间和实际值的准确性有影
响，因此也会影响动态效果。
并且由于低速下模型无法足够地得到相关的物理信息，因此在低频范围内矢量
控制会从闭环切换为开环。
