PA66 processing mold temperature: recoended 80 ℃. Mold temperature will aff the crystallinity, which will aff the physical properties of the product. For thin-walled pstic parts, if the mold temperature is lower than 40 ℃, the crystallinity of the pstic parts will change with time. In order to maintain the geometric stability of the pstic parts, annealing treatment is needed.

PA66 has excellent wear resistance, self lubrication and high mechanical strength. However, the size stability is poor because of its high water absorption
PA66 process: drying: if the material is sealed before processing, there is no need to dry. However, if the storage container is opened, drying in hot air at 85 ℃ is recoended. If the humidity is higher than 0.2%, vacuum drying at 105 ℃ for 12 hours is required. Melting temperature: 260 ~ 290 ℃. For gss additive products, 275 ~ 280 ℃. The melting temperature should not be higher than 300 ℃.
