PC物化性能： 纯PC树脂是一种无定形、无味、无嗅、无毒、透明的热塑性聚合物，分子量一般的20000~70000范围内，相对密度1.18~1.20，玻璃化温度140~150℃，熔220~230℃。聚碳酸酯具有一定的耐化学腐蚀性，耐油性优良.
由于聚碳酸酯的非结晶性，分子间堆砌不够致密，芳香烃、氯代烃类能使其溶胀或溶解，容易引起溶剂开裂现象。耐碱性较差。
PC机械性能： 聚碳酸酯是机械性能优良，尤为突出的是它的冲击强度和尺寸稳定性，在广阔的温度范围难仍能保持较高的机械强度，其缺点是耐疲劳强度和耐磨性较差，较易产生应力开裂现象。
