LCM系列电源可接受的输入电压范围是90-264Vac (LCM600的范围是85-264Vac)。各型号有 12 V、 15 V、24 V、36 V 和 48 V 不同的输出版本可以选 择;LCM1500 还有 28 V 输出可选,LCM3000 还有 18 V (*) 和 72 V (*) 输出可选。
AC和DC电源隔离电压
随着电子行业的高速发展,产品使用场合的电磁环境越来越复杂,对产品稳定性产生巨大的影响,因此在各行各业中对电源要求也越来越高。为了保证产品的稳定性,大多数生产公司对产品加入了隔离器件或隔离电路来减少现场的干扰,而电源作为设备能源供给,隔离显得尤为重要。
电源指标中的隔离耐压指的是两个没有直接电气连接的系统所能承受的绝缘电压,起安全保护作用。绝缘设计是防止绝缘电气击穿,主要涉及爬电距离、间隙和绝缘穿透距离。根据使用场合的不同,选择对应的参数也不相同,隔离电压越高电源越贵。AC-DC隔离电源在一般工业场合要求隔离耐压在3000VAC到4000VAC,而DC-DC隔离电源一般工业场合要求1000VDC到2000VDC,行业要求更高,如:行业6000VDC。
目前常见的电压指标有VAC和VDC,VAC和VDC分别指交流电压与直流电压,但隔离耐压中交流与直流不能简单的进行换算,如:3000VAC的幅值电压有4242V,但在实际应用中隔离耐压3000VAC与4242VDC并不等效。
交流电压和直流电压不等的原因主要是隔离电源输入输出之间是存在隔离电容,对于直流信号,电容的阻抗是无限大,所以电容大小对直流信号没有什么影响,对交流信号会有较大的影响。并且AC和DC的区别在于频率会影响绝缘介质的介电常数,频率会导致绝缘介质的介电常数降低,而介电常数越高其绝缘能力就越强。
产品在电磁环境越来越复杂的场合下工作,其中各种干扰都会对产品的稳定性带来威胁,而选择好的隔离电源,可以有效的屏蔽使用环境带来的干扰,保证产品正常稳定可靠的工作,更重要的是可以保护使用者的安全。
