工作原理：working principle
截桩机通过动力源给截桩机多个油缸提供压力，油缸直接驱动钎杆，同时挤压桩身，使桩头截除。截桩机施工过程中，操作简单，效率高，低噪音，低成本，适用于桩群施工工程中。截桩机采用高度模块化组合，通过销轴联接模块，可以通过不同模块数量组合，截除一定范围内直径桩头。

说明：
锥形顶端设计避免了泥土会堆积在导向法兰内，造成钢钎卡死、偏向和易断裂等问题。随时转动的钢钎，有效地防止了高压油缸内部产生震动，防止连接处断裂，起到抗震的效果。
液压破桩机破桩头三大条件：
1、要根据所选用的挖掘机的功率决定每次截桩的长度，防止因挖掘机的提升力不够而无法在破碎后转运弃渣；
2、成桩后混凝土灌注钢筋笼顶部不宜采用预弯，同时要在桩顶钢筋上加装PVC管，防止灌注后混凝土与钢筋凝固后，桩身剪断也无法提出弃渣；
3、桩头机械截除后，断面还需要进行简单处理，所以需要一台空压机处理。
