PSE认证简介
日本2001年4月开始实施的《电气安全法》（简称《电安法》）取代《电器用品取缔法》，成为日本电器类产品市场准入的法律依据。与此同时，以PSE标志 取代原有的T标志。根据《电安法》和日本经济产业省（METI）颁布的技术标准，将认证的电气产品分为特定电气用品（SPs）和非特定产品（NSPs）。
锂离子电池PSE认证
自2008年11月20日起，锂离子蓄电池列入NSPs的管控范围。即能量密度超过400 Wh/L的二次锂离子蓄电池（用于移动设备、桌上笔记本等）。下列锂离子电池除外：
用于医疗设备、工业设备和汽车类的锂离子电池；
用焊接或其他方式固定到产品上不能轻易移出的电池；
特殊结构的电池。
