又名氧熔棒、氧弧熔断棒，具有快速熔切，清理功能的产品。在氧气的助燃下，立即能产生3500度的高温，使被加工的工件（金属，非金属，混凝土，岩石）迅速熔切或清理，达到zuo业的目的。
产品结构：:采用优质钢管、镀钢丝做为主材配以精湛的加工工艺，由工程师纯手工制zuo而成。

●产品特点：1、吹氧是铸造,冶金,矿山,建筑等熔断,切割,解体,清理,穿孔的理想工具；2、吹氧棒是一种铸造材料，它主要解决铸件粘砂，当铸件粘砂时（特别是不锈钢铸件）气割很难割除，磨光机根本解决不了，吹氧棒却能很容易割除，因为吹氧棒管内有特殊的钢材，当气割引燃吹氧棒后，吹氧棒开始熔化，与砂进行氧化反应粘砂部位很快脆化，还有割铸件冒口也是同样道理；3、吹氧棒使用方便，操zuo简单，只需与氧气连接即可使用；4、吹氧棒工zuo效益高，除砂速度快。吹氧棒规格为直径12.5×1850mm、13×1850、13×2500mm等。
●典型应用解决方案:
铸件生产厂家在铸件生产过程中，在铸件表面会留下大量的粘砂，或者在铸件的一角留下冒口，铸件冒口的去除，一般采用气割方法，而残留粘砂用气割方法不易去除，所以一些厂家所采取的清理残留粘砂的方法一般是用气锤冲打，用气割.磨光机等。直到将粘砂除掉为止，然而在粘砂残留较多的情况下，用以上方法，需要大量的时间未必能完成这项工zuo，非常麻烦。氧弧熔断棒只需配备氧气瓶即可操zuo，切割方面：不管什么材质的金属、熔渣均可方便切割，切割厚度可达1000mm以上。清理与穿孔方面：各类铸件粘砂、内孔粘砂、内孔带芯清理、各熔炼火产出水口、过桥清理，快速、方便、不伤主体。（特别是不锈钢产品）
