This standard applies to all companies that manufacture or trade GRS products.The standard covers processing, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, trading anddistribution of all products made with a minimum of 20% recycled material. TheMaterial Collection and Material Concentration processes are not required to becertified to the GRS, but will have to declare that they have met a set ofrequirements consistent with the goals of this standard and agree to be inspectedby the Certification Body on a random basis. The range of products to be certified isinspired by, but not limited to textile products. GRS目前有七家机构在我们国家做认证
CU-世优，这家公司在上海，是早开始做回收认证，而且是认可度的，但是，费用也是贵的，大约2.3万左右一个现场，旺季的时候2个月出证。
ECOCERT，爱克赛尔，公司在北京，认可度也是相当高，跟世优一个级别的，费用在2.2万左右，审核很细致很严格，可以开出一长串的整改项目，但是，通过了整改，还是不影响证书的。审核员作风很严谨正派，三周左右出证。
ONECERT,公司在南京，印度设立在中国的机构，费用在1.9万一个现场，审核风格比较温和，只是需要把文件目录翻译成英文，2周左右可以出证。
IDFL,公司在杭州，费用在1.9万一个现场，审核风格比较适中，2周左右出证。
