沙特SASO新认证标志
沙特阿拉伯王国（Kingdom of Saudi Arabia，以下简称沙特）是中东的国家，位于阿拉伯半岛，西临红海（海岸线长1899公里），东濒波斯湾（海岸线长549公里），面积225万平方公里。
沙特是全球的20个经济体之一；世界第十二大出口国（欧盟成员国之间的贸易除外）；世界第二十二大进口国（欧盟成员国之间的贸易除外）；中东的经济体；第三世界经济发展之主体国家；世界贸易组织、多个国际组织和阿拉伯组织的成员。自2006年起，中国已成为沙特第二大进口贸易伙伴，双边贸易往来频繁。中国向沙出口的主要商品有机电产品、服装鞋帽、纺织品和家电等。
沙特对进口的所有消费产品实施产品符合性认证计划（PCP：Product Conformity Program），该计划的前身为1995年9月起率先执行的国际符合性认证计划(ICCP：International Conformity Certification Program)。2008年起，该计划由沙特标准局（SASO）下属的“实验室和质量控制部”负责，名称也由ICCP改为PCP。这是一项对规定产品进行包含测试、装船前核查及认证的综合计划，以保证进口的商品出运前能全面符合沙特的产品标准。

Exporters/Manufacturers are requested to ensure that the products they are exporting to KSA adhere to these marking requirements.

General Marking Requirements on the Product & the Product’s Packaging

All markings pertaining to warnings and safety instructions must be in Arabic or in Arabic and English.

For all other markings which do not pertain to warnings and safety instructions, the following shall apply:

?If the product has an applicable Saudi specific (SASO) standard or SASO adopted standard, then the marking requirements should be as per the SASO standard. For Example: SASO ISO 13006/2016 Clause 8.1- Tiles and/or their packaging are required in a distinct unremovable way to bear the marking in Arabic or in both Arabic and English.
?如果产品适用沙特（SASO）具体标准或SASO认证采用的标准，标记要求应依照SASO标准。例如：SASO ISO 13006 / 2016条款8.1-瓷砖和/或包装被要求用阿拉伯语或阿拉伯语和英语以一种明显不可移动的方式显示标识。
?If the product has no applicable SASO standard, but has an applicable Regional/International Standard (i.e. IEC/ISO/GSO/EN/ASTM, etc.), then the marking requirements should be as per the applicable Regional/International Standard.
?如果产品不适用SASO标准，但适用的地区/国际标准（如IEC / ISO / GSO / EN / ASTM，等等），则标识要求应依照适用的区域/国际标准。
?In other cases where the product has no applicable specific standard or the language of the marking is not specified in the product’s applicable standard, then the marking language can be either in Arabic or English.

Instruction Manual

The instruction manual or pamphlet must be in Arabic language or in both Arabic and English.

Country of Origin Marking
原产地标记
?All Products must be marked with the Country of Origin in the format “Made in xxx” or “Manufactured in xxx”. All other format/text for marking the CoO is not acceptable.
?所有产品必须以 “XXX制造”或“XXX制造”的格式标有原产地。所有其他格式/文本的原产地标记都是不可接受的。
?Dual CoO marking such as: “Designed in xxx, Made in yyy“ or “Assembled in xxx, Made in yyy“ or “Engineered in xxx, Made in yyy“, where xxx and yyy denote different countries of origin, will not be accepted. It will only be accepted if the name of the manufacturer is clearly mentioned in the dual CoO marking text i.e. “Designed by [Insert Manufacturer's Name] in xxx, Made in yyy” and likewise for the other two dual CoO variations.
?双体的原产地标记如：“XXX设计，YYY制造”或“XXX装配，YYY制造”或“XXX工程监督，YYY制造”， XXX和YYY指示不同原产地，将不被接受。
?The Country of Origin (CoO) marking must be in Arabic or English.
?原产地（CoO）标记必须用阿拉伯语或英语。
?If the product itself is too small in size and there is not enough space to fit the Country of Origin on it, then the Country of Origin can be marked on the product’s immediate packaging.
?如果产品本身尺寸太小，没有足够的空间来标记原产地，则原产地可以直接在产品的包装上标注。
生产商获取SASO认证，向沙特出口产品，需要以下几个步骤：
向咨询公司提出申请，咨询公司根据产品类别，依照SASO的要求，向企业告知产品认证程序；
企业依照认证程序提交产品样品进行检测，有些产品（如部分机动车及配件产品等）需要进行工厂检查；
经产品检测合格后，企业获得SASO认证证书；如产品经检测不合格，企业将得到一份详细的说明报
产品向沙特出口，货物入关时要出具SASO认证证书，沙特阿拉伯标准组织的技术人员将对证书进行检查；如不能出具SASO证书，产品将会被拒绝入境或抽样到沙特阿拉伯工业及或沙特阿拉伯标准组织的实验室进行检测，如检测不合格，产品将会被拒绝入境， 一切费用由出口企业承担。
