性质
镀铑液铑层呈白色稍带蓝色调,其色泽能长时间保持不变暗,其密度为12.44g/cm3，原子量为102.91 ,熔点为196 6℃，原子价为正三价，三价铑的电化学容量为1.28g/(AH)。铑的化学性能十分稳定,不容于酸及王水中,硬度高、耐磨性好。铑镀层的反射系数较高，可达70-75%，接触电阻小,有较高的通电性能，但铑镀层不能钎焊，应力大，当厚度超过3um时,容易产生龟裂。由于铑镀层具有上述的优越性能，除用作装饰性镀层外，还广泛用于各种功能性电镀，如光学仪器零件和电接触零件、耐蚀、耐磨零件、珠宝、表壳、表带及眼镜等。
