本公司专业批发销售（新力华牌）环保型不含重金属涂料色浆，质量保证，价格合理，量大厂价批发，欢迎新老客户咨询洽谈。 产品特征 Product features ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ·粒径：≤0.5（即500um纳米） Particle diameter:≤um(500nm) ·离子性：非离子/弱阴离子 Ionic character: Nonionic/Weak Anion ·最佳保质期：12个月（0-40℃） Best Shelf life: 12 months (0-40℃) ·PH值：7-9 PH Value: 7-9 ·外观：低粘稠有色流体 Appearance: Low viscosity colored fluid ·包装规格：30KG/5KG Packing: 30KG/5KG ·主要成份：有机、无机颜料、润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂和水 Ingredients: organic,inorganic pigments,wetting agents,dispersants,emulsifiers and water 牢度测试方法 Fastness test methods ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1、 耐光试验：通过5%色浆加含15%固浆成分印花浆印花热处理后用碳弧灯照20小时； 2、 耐热试难：热风烘干（180℃×30秒）； 3、 耐溶剂：通过5%色浆加含15%固浆成分印花浆印花热处理后加四氯乙烯，用40℃温水浸泡30分钟； 4、 耐皂洗：5%色浆加含15%固浆成分印花浆印花，热处理后加入碱粉70℃水温水洗45分钟； 5、 耐拔印测试：用拔印糊92%；+拔印粉8%，合成100%制成拔印浆后，称取95克拔印浆+5%涂料色浆，搅拌均匀后印花，用160度压烫10秒测定（注：拔印浆最佳有效期四小时）； 6、 耐迁移性：通过用浓度5%的色浆加入乳化糊（乳化糊由：粘合剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、交联剂和水制成）印花烘干后，再用100%白胶浆覆盖三次，待干透后，通过160度压烫10秒测定。 1. Lighting fastness:5% pigment mixed with 15% binder printing, drying via heat treatment, then ligting under carbon ARC lamp up to 20 hours. 2. Heat resistance:wind drying in 180℃ with 30seconds. 3. Solvent Resistance:Printedby 5% pigment and 15% binder, add PEC after heat treatment, dip in waater for 30 mintues at temperature 40℃. 4. Soaping Resistance:Printed by 5% pigment and 15% binder, add sodium carbonate for 45 minutes at temperture 70℃ after heat treatment. 5. Good color resistance:discharge paste 92% mixed with discharge powder 8%,adding 5 grams discharge paste and 5% pigment-ink,160℃ heat press with 10 seconds after printing 6. No color migration testing method:printed and dried by concentration is 5% pigment mixed with emulsion thickener (which is made by binder,emulsifier, thickening agent,cross-linking agent and water). Covered 3 timse by using 100% White Elastic paste then tested after dried after heat press 10 seconds on 160℃. 特别注意 Special attention ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1、 产品名带“*”表示此产品用量小于8%时符合《国家纺织品基本安全技术规范》（GB18401-2003）及欧盟标准《2002/61/EC》对禁用芳香胺的限量要求，客户尽量不要使用两个或以上带“*”的产品用来调色（可能因禁用芳香胺产生叠加而超出限量要求）； 2、 涂料色浆印花的固色牢度主要决定因素在于选择固浆、胶浆、固色剂等品质的好与坏；切记使用前务必请充分搅拌均匀，用后即时封闭； 3、 本信息资料所用数据均是根据我司的标准工艺试验得出，仅供客户参考；产品具体操作要求和说明请参照本公司的色卡内容说明和MSDS，用前请先进行测试，经确认后再大货生产使用！ 1. The“*”marked with the product name means that its dosage should be less than 8% so that the requirment of“National general safety technical code for textile products”(Gb18401-2003)&EU(2002/61/EC)for AZO ban can be meet. It sugests that two or above of products with the sign of“*” may not used for color matching (it may cause carcinogenic aromatic amines over the limit standard). 2. The main determinant of fastness of pigment-ink printing is determined by quality of color fixing agent,binder and printing pste being chosen. Make sure to mix well before use, seal immediately after using. 3. The data are worked out accordingly based on company’s standard technology for reference only.
