石榴石系属硅酸盐类矿物，经过水力精心筛选，机械加工，筛选分级等方法制成的耐磨材料，主要用于
1、表面处理磨料：用于碳钢、不锈钢、铝、铜、玻璃、橡胶、塑料、木材、石材、陶瓷钛、FRP/GRP等材料的表面处理。如：器物喷涂、电镀前的表面预处理；光饰处理；铸件、加工件去除毛刺和加工痕迹；防腐工程等。
2、水切割磨料：主要作为水刀切割介质，用于各种精密切割。
3、耐磨地坪： 购物中心、大型超市、人行道、停车场、生产车间、机器维修车间、仓库等耐磨地坪。
4、耐磨材料： 高速公路路面、飞机跑道、耐磨橡胶、防滑油漆等耐磨材料。
