锆刚玉简介
天元锆刚玉是以氧化铝、氧化锆为原料在电弧炉中经2000℃以上高温冶炼而成。
锆刚玉的分类
天元锆刚玉根据ZrO2的含量，一般有低锆刚玉(ZrO2 10-15%)，中锆刚玉(ZrO2 25%)和高锆刚玉(ZrO2 40%)。
锆刚玉化学成份
锆刚玉主晶相为α-Al2O3，次晶相为斜锆石，还存在少量玻璃相。

锆刚玉物理属性
锆刚玉质地坚韧，结构致密，强度高，热震性好，一般呈灰褐色。
锆刚玉用途
锆刚玉耐熔体侵蚀性好，作为一种高级磨料，可制造高性能的重负荷砂轮，对钢件、铸铁件、耐热钢、以及各种合金材料有很好的磨削作用；另外，锆刚玉还是一种高级耐火原料，是制作高性能的滑动水口及浸入式水口的理想材料 ，还可用于制作玻璃熔窑用锆刚玉砖。
