4、 采用铸件式设计，快拆式胶轮座，换装滚轮方便快捷。
5、 采用人机界面，精密自动升降，独立电箱等全自动化配置。
6、可选配独立电箱、定厚装置、自动防撞保护，电光轮加热装置等功能。
USE AND CHARACTERISTICS
1. This machine is avalible to fill the hole of the wood,MDF,and Bomei board for the furniture、flooring、cabinet、walling、decorative boards.
2. It can fill the dented holes of the board to make it smooth, and reclaim the redundant paint to use again .No handwork is needed,which can improve the efficiency to a large extent.
3. The coater roller and the electronic roller and the conveyor controlled by separate motor、reducer、frequency,with best precision and stability.
4. It is easy to change the roller for the casting design.
5、It can be controller by the PLC and up-down automatically.
6、It can choose with the separate electronic box and the thickness of workpiece controlled by the PLC,and board protection for the coating rollers , paint heaing function or more automatical choosing outfit.
