三则改性PVB粘合剂
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)是由聚乙烯醇(PVA)与丁醛进行缩醛反应制得，PVB树脂中主要含有缩醛基、羟基和少量乙酰基，形成三官能团的化学结构。PVB树脂具有优良的透明性、成膜性、粘接性，以及可降解性（地区公布的可降解塑料之一），成为MLCC等需要流延成膜的产品制造企业的可以选择粘合剂。
然而，传统的PVB粘合剂所选用的树脂，多数为普通粘胶剂通用的PVB。其虽然具有适用面广的特点，但是却忽略了针对性。一直以来，人们都在努力寻找其它替代树脂，但由于MLCC生产过程中，对于瓷粉分散性和成膜性要求非常高，终未能如愿以偿。另一方面，MLCC产业为了适应市场需要,向薄膜化大容量高层次发展，导致MLCC产品制造过程中，*产生分层、微裂或者潜在裂纹，使产品的**性变得难以控制。
为了解决上述问题，提高MLCC制造过程的可加工性，L化工集团，经过多年努力，终于针对本电子陶瓷行业成功开发改性PVB树脂。
此树脂有以下优点：
一、保持了传统PVB树脂的优点，降低了分子量，使瓷粉浆料分散性得到提高，较有利于制造高层数产品，排胶分解温度也能适当降低。
二、特殊的改性结构，使树脂的粘结力大幅提高，有效地解决了MLCC产品*产生分层、微裂或者潜在裂纹问题。
三则粘合剂，已开始在MLCC等片式电子元器件生产中应用。

3Focus PVB Binder
PVB is a reaction product of PVA and butyraldehyde. The PVB resin has good penetrability，Taping, adhesion, dissolution. It becomes the first choice for MLCC taping casting.
However, traditional PVB binder is made of general PVB resin. So it is been used for all-purpose. These PVB are not aim at application of MLCC and other chip component. For several years, professors want to find out a substitute.
To solve the dispersant of powder and taping characteristic, L company developed a PVB modifier. This PVB modifier has the following strongpoint.
1. Lower molecular weight, better dispersant, lower binder burn out temperature
2. PVB modifier has good adhesive to help solving the delamination of chip component.
