Application and Usage:We use advanced technique named subcritical extraction, i.e.4# solvent extraction to produce finesoy dreg in low-temperature. This technique has many features as follows:⑴The temperature of its production is lower and generally below 65℃;⑵The time of its production is short and generally around 10 minutes;⑶The probability of its protein degenerating is low, NSI of its protein is more tan 50% to increase its utilization ratio. This product of our company is widely applied to soy protein powder products, for instance, it is used as raw material to produce isolated soy protein powder、condensed soy protein powder、soy histone protein、soy protein powder, etc. It possesses many features, for instance, its color is white and protein has good quality, etc.
