Vector Normal Sera 2.5% Normal Horse Serum Normal Chicken Serum Normal Goat Serum Normal Horse Serum Normal Rabbit Serum Normal Swine Serum This serum is obtained from pools of healthy adult animals. The serum is heat treated at 56 °C for 2 hours, incubated at 4 °C for several weeks, ultracentrifuged and ultrafiltered through a 0.45 micron filter. Each serum is tested with the appropriate biotinylated antibody to check for possible cross-reactivities. The serum is supplied undiluted with 0.08% sodium azide as a preservative.
