营养成分分析
　　丰年虫含有丰富的蛋白质，氨基酸组成齐全，粗脂肪含量比较高，其中不饱和脂肪酸高于饱和脂肪酸，带壳卵的不饱和脂肪酸为48.15%，脱壳卵的为54.82%。带壳卵的饱和脂肪酸是脱壳卵的1.5倍。卤虫卵的壳是一种含铁脂蛋白，鱼和虾的幼体不能消化它。但动物实验证明小鼠可以消化卤虫卵壳，所以用卤虫卵加工食品不必考虑壳的问题，而且有的不饱和脂肪酸、无机元素在壳中含量比较高，如DHA（二十二碳六烯酸），Se、Zn、Fe等；食用粉碎、脱壳的卤虫卵能提高动物肝中的γ-亚麻酸（必需脂肪酸），而DHA和EPA都明显高于对照组。另一个特征是可明显提高肝中Fe2+的含量，Fe2+是血红素的主要成分，因此卤虫可作为一种补血剂，而且食卤虫卵可提高脑蛋白含量。从营养分析上可以确定卤虫含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸和无机元素。动物实验证明，食用卤虫对血脂没有影响，而且能提高肝中的DHA、EPA及血红素和脑蛋白的含量。

Hatched nauplius can live a long time in water , little fish , shrimp and crab can prey on the feedstuff by themselves . The nutrition content is high and no pollution to the water. 

  Artemia cysts storage: Keep out of direct sunlight. For short term storage, store in a cool dry place not more than 30?. If the artemia cysts or brine shrimp eggs are not used immediately keep the container tightly sealed to prevent the contents from moisture. Once the container has been opened, use within a few days time. 
For long term storage: 
  Keep frozen at (0?) -17? or below. For best results, store under refrigerated conditions between 0 °C and +5°C for up to 24 months. 
If you take the artemia cysts from storage, please keep 12 hours outside, then to hatch.
