电力行业汽轮机标配定型冷油器，油冷却器设备作用：冷却润滑油，把轴承/齿轮箱工作升温后的滑油热量带走，将油温维持在允许工作区间，降低油黏度、保障润滑效果，防止透平润滑油过热氧化变质。

电力行业汽轮机(涡轮内燃机)标配定型管壳式冷油器（列管式，最常用），用于冷却机组润滑油，控制滑油出油温度。油走壳程，冷却水走管程，管束可抽芯，便于清洗水垢、油泥。设置油侧、水侧压力表及温度测点，配置排气、排污接口，设备出厂检验重点：管束胀接/焊接严密性，进行水压试验，防止油水互窜。

典型控制：出油温度 40?45℃，进水一般循环冷却水。配温度测点、旁路三通调节阀，可旁路部分滑油实现油温自动调节；设排气阀、放油阀、冷却水放净阀。

主要附属部件
1.进出口温度传感器、压力表（油侧、水侧）；
2.排气螺塞、排污/放净口；
3.检漏接口（管壳式，检查是否油水串漏）。

常见故障
1.换热变差：水侧结垢、油侧积油泥 → 拆洗管束/板片；
2.内漏：冷却水进滑油，油发白乳化 → 水压查漏，补胀或更换换热管；
3.外漏：法兰、垫片渗漏 → 更换垫片。
