BBJ刨边机床是我公司数控机床自动化工程研究所与上海交大共同引进吸叫国内外专用机床技术，积累了二十多年机床生产经验并具有自主知识产权数控机床系列产品。 BBJ service edge planing machine is a series of NC machine tool with independent intellectual rights, which is designed and developed with over 20 years of machine tool production experiences through introducing and absorbing the domestic and foreign special-purpose machine tool technologies by our NC machine tool automation engineering institute together with Shanghai Jiaotong University. 特点一：该产品取代了老式刨边机床采用蜗轮传动方式导致水平进刀与垂直进刀由于伞形齿轮切削冲击力较大造成水平进刀轴向力负载大、失灵、损坏无法自动进刀，因此切削过程中故障率较高、难操作、效率低、易裁刀等缺点。改进后增加了刀具在大功率切削中使用了冷却液装置，防止烧刀现象。 Feature 1: it replaces the old edge planing machine that applies worm gears resulting in failure of automatic cutting feed due to heavy load on axial force, malfunction and damages of horizontal cutting feed caused by greater cutting impact of bevel gear during horizontal and vertical cutting feed .The improved edge paning machine is added with cutters and applies the coolant device preventing cutter burning in large-power cutting, which eliminates the disadvantages of old machine such as higher failure rate ,difficult operation , lower efficiency and easy failure of cutting feed etc. 特点二：本机实现了人机结合、全自动功能与手动功能并存设计理念，真正实现了人机结合，便于操作者在任何状态下进行操作。同时，对各种金属材料的坡口形式，如：双X形、V形、U、O形等坡口均能实现加工。 Feature 2: it is convenient for operating at any status by the operator, which really realizes the combination of man and machine with coexisting design concept of man-machine combination, complete automatic function and manual function. Furthermore, it is capable of processing such grooves of various metal materials as dual X type, V-type, U-type and O-type etc. 特点三：特别我公司引进德国机床导轨耐磨技术并加以改进后，将SF耐磨、耐高温材料，复合在与导轨接触调整垫板上。经过几十万次的试验，足以证明其耐磨性。十几年，导轨从未出现拉毛现象。我公司刨边机获得了《一重数控刨边机软件著作权》证书、四项发明专利和六项实用新型专利。目前我公司刨边机在中国市场的占有率达到90% Feature 3: we integrated the SF wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials to the riser block contacting with the rail through improving the Germany machine tool rail wear-resistant technique after introduction. Its wear resistance is verified with hundreds of thousands of tests. The rail has never showed the surface scuffing. The edge planing machine produced by our company was granted with certificate of First Heavy NC Edge Planing Machine Software Copyright, and obtained four patents of invention and six patents of utility model. At present, our edge planing machine has shared 90% market in China. 一、主轴箱 机床主轴全部采用树脂砂造型的高强度铸件铁件，具有较强的刚性，行走调速方便，无阻滞，采用机电一体化技术，变频调速，降低简便操作者的强度和技能，实现人机结合等功能。 1、 Headstock The adoption of high strength resin sand iron casting for the spindle has enabled the machine tool with non-blocking convenient moving and timing due from its relatively strengthened rigidity, the integration of mechanics and electrics and the frequency conversion timing have decreased the working strength and skill of the operator, realizing the functions as man machine integration etc. 二、机床结构及导轨： 机床结构采用HT250树脂砂工艺造型结构的铸铁或采用焊接钢结构，选用钢板焊接，机体整体退火，消除应力，床身粗加工完后，进行二次时效振动，然后再进行精加工。导轨选用钢件导轨，表面淬火后导轨磨整体磨削加工，达到机床精度要求。 2、 Machine tool structure and guide rails: The machine tool is structured in HT250 resin sand iron casting or welding steel, the application of steel plate welding and annealing of the machine body have enabled the relief of stress, second aging vibration and finish machining are applied to the machine body after rough machining. Steel guide rails are applied with grinding machining after their surfaces quenching to meet the precison requirements of the machine tools. 三、上龙门架与油泵系统： 上压装置，采用目前最先进设计制造工艺，选用弧形结构，应力扩散后，安装油缸和机械夹紧装置，实现自动与手动功能来提高装备的可靠性和安全性，传动丝杆调质处理，增强丝杆的强度和刚性。 3、 Upper gantry and oil pump system: Upper pressure device is adopting the latest design and manufacturing techniques , with arch structure, install oil cylinder and mechanic clamping devices after the relief of stress to improve the reliability and safety of the equipment automatically or manually, the thermal refining of the transmission screw 四、电器控制 采用机电一体化设计理念，全部设有自动、手动水平垂直进刀，报警等功能，自动与手动并存功能，达到人机结合，从而便于操作，部分电器采用施耐德、松下、三菱等。 4、 Electrical Control: Basing on the designing concept of the integration of mechanics and electrics, enable the man machine integration and the convenience for operation with the functions of horizontal and vertical feed and alarm automatically and/or manually, some electrical devices are using the brands as Schneider, Panasonic and Mitsubishi etc.
