Impact Test
Purpose: To assess the durability and structural integrity of the schoolbag when subjected to external forces, ensuring it can withstand drops, impacts, and pressure during everyday use.
Procedure:
1. Loading the Bag: Fill the schoolbag to its designed capacity with typical items such as books, stationery, and other school-related materials.
2. Drop Test: Drop the loaded bag from a specified height (usually between 1 to 1.5 meters) onto a hard surface multiple times, simulating accidental drops from desks, hands, or bicycles.
3. Compression Test: Place the bag between two flat plates and apply a certain amount of pressure, replicating the compression it might face in crowded places like public transport.
4. Inspection: After the tests, check the bag for any damages, such as broken zippers, torn seams, deformed straps, or compromised internal compartments.
冲击测试
目的：验证书包在承受外力冲击时的耐用性和结构完整性，确保在日常使用中因为跌落或挤压而损坏。
步骤：
1. 加载物品：将书包按照设计承载量装满物品，通常是书籍、文具或其他常见物品。
2. 跌落测试：从一定高度（如1米至1.5米）将书包自由跌落到硬质地面上，通常会进行多次跌落，模拟书包从桌子、手中或自行车上掉落的情况。
3. 挤压测试：将书包放在两块平板之间，施加一定的压力，模拟书包在拥挤的环境中（如、公共交通工具）受到挤压的情况。
4. 检查：检查书包的拉链、肩带、缝线、内部隔层等部位是否有损坏、变形或功能失效的情况。
Waterproof Test
Purpose: To evaluate the bag's ability to protect its contents from water ingress, ensuring that items inside remain dry in rainy conditions or accidental spills.
Procedure:
1. Simulated Rain: Use a spray device to simulate rainfall over the schoolbag from different angles for a specific period (e.g., 10 minutes). The water flow rate and angle should replicate realistic rain conditions.
2. Splash Test: Pour water over the bag from various angles, simulating accidental splashes or exposure to rain.
3. Partial Submersion Test (Optional): Submerge the bottom part or specific areas of the bag in water to mimic scenarios where the bag might be placed on a wet surface.
4. Inspection: Open the bag and check for any signs of water ingress, particularly around seams, zippers, and other potential weak points.
