The production line adopts the principle of infrared to accelerate the volatiltzation of the paint thinner anf the chemical reaction of the lacquer,shorten the drying time of paint and then improve products effect.Drier adopts high Hg.Ultraviolet lamp and baffle-board with the lamp choice of strong and weak and the baffle-board of 99% light reflection.It also has high-intensive capacity and transformer to improve the stability of UV lamp.The conveyance adopts net,stainless steel belt and roller wihe wind cooling system to control the inner temperature of the trunk in orunk in order not to deform under the high temperature circumstances.Side-panel and imported & exported refraction board are added with guard against of ultraviolet radiation to prevent ultraviolet from leaking out.
