该机为龙门式五缸压力机，其上部安装有100吨下压油缸，两侧各安装有可上下移位的50吨侧压油缸，通过更换和调节加长压杆可用于Ф350～Ф1500范围内各种直径的钢管
进行合缝作业。下部工作台其V形支撑可进行宽度调节，以适应不同直径钢管的需求。该机还可利用前后管支架、对钢管进行矫直作业，一机两用。
