硒是人体所必需的微量元素，有很重要的生理功能，与人类的健康密切相关。硒是某些酶的重要组成成分，具有提高免疫力清除自由基的功能。它能够预防和抑制肿瘤、抗衰老、维持心血管系统正常的结构与功能，预防动脉硬化和冠心病的出现。缺硒会导致克山病和大骨结病，还会诱发白内障、肝病和胰腺病等等。
酵母是人类利用最广的微生物，其蛋白质含量高达50%以上，还含有丰富的B族维生素和多种矿物质，被称为优质营养之源。酵母具有高度的富硒能力及将化学硒转化为生物硒的能力，富硒酵母就是在培养酵母的过程中加入硒元素，通过酵母在生长过程中对硒的自主吸收和转化，使硒与酵母体内的蛋白质和多糖有机结合，从而消除了化学硒（如亚硒酸钠）对人体的毒副反应和肠胃刺激，使硒能够更高效、更安全地被人体吸收利用。富硒酵母也是迄今为止国内最高效、最安全、营养最均衡的补硒制剂。

产品特点
☆硒含量高 富硒酵母的硒含量可高达2500mg/kg，通常为2000mg/kg或1000mg/kg左右，其蛋白质含量为55.8%，维生素B1为3.2mg/kg，维生素B2为33.2mg/kg，是一种很好的功能性食品原料。

Angel ® selenium enriched yeast
Selenium enriched yeast is produced by adding inorganic selenium into yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae ), during yeast culture process, achieving a combination of selenium with protein and amylose in yeast body and eliminates toxic and side reactions as well as stimulation to intestines and stomach of inorganic selenium (such as sodium selenite) via selenium adsorption and utilization of yeast during growth process. The selenium in this product is more easily, more effectively and safely absorbed and utilized by the human body.
