After Reset Event is released, NY8A051H will start Reset Process. It will wait certain amount of period for oscillation stable no matter what kind of oscillator is adopted. This period is called power-up reset time and is determined by three-bit configuration words which can be 140u, 4.5ms, 18ms, 72ms or 288ms. After oscillator is stable, NY8A051H will wait further 16 clock cycles of FOSC (oscillator start-up time, OST) and Reset Process is complete.
