答：LCP由于主链之间分子力大，因此耐热性极为优异。在目前商业化的热塑性塑料中具有*高耐热性能，当然不同厂家LCP耐热性能还是有一定不同。LCP耐热老化性能也极为优越，在270°C高温下，经过1年热老化，其伸长强度仍能保持初始值一般左右。经实验测试3mm板材，在1000度火焰燃烧，经过15min不会穿孔。故LCP能充分满足表面实装用电子零件所要求的焊接条件（260-280°C，10S）
