2.1.1 储罐吹除置换干净达到要求后,将充液管线与储罐的充液接头连接,液位计组合阀处于平衡状态准备充液。

储罐在运行过程中,要经常检查安全阀、压力表、液位计工作是否正常,阀门管路是否有泄漏,外部有无异常现象,发现问题及时处理。

lng低温储罐的要求
先,材料。内罐壁要求耐低温,一般选用9Ni钢或铝合金等材料,外罐壁为预应力钢筋混凝土。
其次,耐低温。常压下液化天然气的沸点为-160℃。LNG选择低温常压储存方式,将天然气的温度降到沸点以下,使储液罐的操作压力稍**常压,与高压常温储存方式相比,可以大大降低罐壁厚度,提高安全性能。因此,LNG要求储液罐体具有良好的耐低温性能和优异的保冷性能。
*三,安全要求高。由于罐内储存的是低温液体,lng储罐一旦出现意外,冷藏的液体会大量挥发,气化量大约是原来冷藏状态下的300倍,在大气中形成会自动引爆的气团。因此,API、BS等规范都要求储罐采用双层壁结构,运用封拦理念,在层罐体泄漏时,*二层罐体可对泄漏液体与蒸发气实现完全封拦,确保储存安全。
*四,保温措施严格。由于罐内外温差高可达200℃,要使罐内温度保持在-160℃,罐体就要具有良好的保冷性能,在内罐和外罐之间填充高性能的保冷材料。罐底保冷材料还要有足够的承压性能。
*五,抗震性能好。一般建筑物的抗震要求是在规定地震荷载下裂而不倒。为确保储罐在意外荷载作用下的安全,储罐必须具有良好的抗震性能。对LNG储罐则要求在规定地震荷载下不倒也不裂。因次,选择的建造场地一般要避开地震断裂带,在施工前要对储罐做抗震试验,分析动态条件下储罐的结构性能,确保在给定地震烈度下罐体不损坏。
*六,施工要求严格。储罐焊缝必须进行磁粉检测(MT)及真空气密检测(VBT)。要严格选择保冷材料,施工中应遵循规定的程序。为防止混凝土出现裂纹,均采用后张拉预应力施工,对罐壁垂直度控制十分严格。混凝土外罐**应具备较高的抗压、抗拉能力,能抵御一般坠落物的击打;由于罐底混凝土较厚,浇注时要控制水化温度,防止因温度应力产生的开裂。
