六联不锈钢杯式过滤器注意事项：
1、使用前必须对滤器各种部位进行洁净处理，一般可用洗洁精擦洗，再用清水反复冲洗，最后用蒸馏水洗净备用。
2、杯式过滤器采用不锈钢制作，配以相交O型环组成，无者为硅橡胶。
3、使用时应注意将滤膜平铺在网板*，防止造成渗漏。
4、本厂有各种规格滤孔滤膜，孔径为0.15、0.22、0.3、0.45、0.65、0.8、1.2微米可提供使用。

四，六联不锈钢薄膜过滤器使用说明
1、将过滤器各个部件冲洗干净。
2、拧松夹子，拿走滤杯，在不锈钢支撑板下先放好一片密封圈，然后在不锈钢支撑板放微孔滤膜（直径50mm-60mm）膜上也放好一片密封圈，再安装滤杯，将不锈钢夹子固定。
3、不锈钢支架出液口按厚壁真空管。
4、过滤器可以整体灭菌，也可以分开灭菌后在无菌室无菌操作台上按上述步骤组装后使用。
5、正式使用前要检查滤膜是否完整，有无破损。
6、连接真空泵时，应先连接抽滤瓶做缓冲使用，以免损坏真空泵。
