车压树脂瓦，只能证明树脂瓦韧性好，而不是强度高
有些客户看过我们用车轮碾压树脂瓦的试验，其实，我想告诉您，这种实验，测试的不是瓦的强度，而是瓦的韧度，这个情况比较复杂。我们试验的条件是，在平整的水泥地上，用小轿车，用极缓慢的速度缓缓碾压，这是一种低端的破坏试验。虽然瓦在碾压后，不会出现明显的损坏或断裂，但已经破坏了瓦的内部结构，实际已经不建议再使用这块瓦了。有些客户不了解情况，用摩托车或轿车，把瓦放在有尖锐物的不平整的沙石地上，进行快速碾压，导致瓦承受了极大的瞬间荷载冲击力量，导致损坏或断裂，客户就误认为是瓦的质量问题，其实不然的。这个道理跟钢材承受瞬间荷载时的情况差不多，如果您慢慢弯，钢材可以达到一个很大的弯曲角度，但如果您用瞬间的力度砸上去，钢材也是很容易出现断裂的。再次说明，这个碾压试验的目的，只是想说瓦具备一定的韧度，但不能以此作为断定瓦质量的标准。
