The over-roll method has low investment, the technology is relatively mature, and the equipment is relatively easy to operate. The water-passing method is a process that is generally believed to produce a film with better whiteness and a more uniform pattern. It uses a water tank to cool the characterization instead of a roller, and then removes water, thickness, oven, cooling, separator composite, and traction. Finally, the volume is collected. Because the over-water method has more advantages than the over-roll method, it is used by more and more manufacturers. PVB玻璃夹层膜厚度一般为0.38mm和0.76mm两种，建筑级pvb中间膜机组，对无机玻璃具有良好的粘结性，具有透明、耐热、耐寒、耐湿，机械强度高等特性。 PVB薄膜主要用于夹层玻璃，是在两块玻璃之间夹进一层以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛为主要成分的PVB薄膜。
PVB玻璃中间膜生产线是我公司结合国外设计理念，参照pvb中间膜的生产特性，设计生产的化装备。自2012年以来，公司先后生产了2800、3550、4200等规格PVB中间膜生产线，产量800kg/H，厚度0.38-1.5。
