随着虚拟仪器技术的发展与成熟,虚拟仪器技术越来越多的被应用在继电器、接触器等开关电器的测试中。虚拟仪器技术是一种以软件为中心的新型测量技术,它可以大大降低试验仪器成本。测量功能主要由软件编程来实现,在以工控机为核心组成的硬件平台支持下,通过Lab VIEW软件开发平台编程实现仪器的测试功能。Lab VIEW应用库中加载了很多不同用途的测试与控制模块,用户可以在Lab VIEW应用程序下直接调用相关模块即可实现多种测试功能。与传统的汇编、VB、VC等文本编程语言相比,Lab VIEW软件程序的编写非常简单。在Lab VIEW环境下安装数据采集卡的驱动后,即可调用采集卡的功能函数实现对采集卡的控制、数据的采集、处理、显示等功能。

2. 基于单片机控制技术的继电器参数检测技术
随着电器检测自动化水平的不断提高,单片机越来越多的应用到各类电器的检测与控制中。通过改进传统交流接触器接通与分断实验装置,采用单片机作为试验装置的控制模块控制交流接触器通断,触头电气参数的检测主要通过电压、电流互感器、数据采集卡及PC机完成。该装置可以实现对接触器接通与分断过程触头电压、电流等动态波形进行实时数据采集,相比于传统的示波器检测,其触头电弧燃弧电压波形记录准确。采用Visual C++6.0 软件开发采集程序与人机界面,数据处理程序可以对数据进行实时自动处理,减小了人工处理波形数据而产生的误差。该试验方案简单可行,能够实现对交流接触器接通与分断动态过程中触头电压、电流波形的分析。文献中张强等人研制的继电器电参数测试装置以增强型 89C51单片机为核心,配置交、直流电压源及触点检测电路可以对多种型号交直流电压继电器的动作时间、动作电压、接触电阻等电气参数进行测试。在动作时间的测试上,将被测继电器的常闭触点接高电平、常开触点接地,在检测线圈的额定电压的同时启动计时器开始计时,搭建触点电平检测电路实时监测触点电平的变化。根据触点电平变化情况判断触点动作状态。当电平由高变为低时立即停止计时,此时可以读出计时器的计时,此时间即为相应的吸合时间。同理可以得到继电器的释放时间。同时试验装置还可以监测触点的接触电阻。该装置性价比高,对于本课题试验装置的研制具有很重要的参考价值。

1.以计算机作为上位机,A/D 采样板或 DSP 作为下位机的触头参数自动检测系统
采用自行研制的继电器电寿命计算机检测与控制装置在继电器电寿命试验的开始、中间、结尾三个不同的时段对过电压信号进行采集。采用自行研制的A/D采样板或以DSP为核心的高速数据采集卡,对触头接触压降、断开触头间电压、主回路电流等触头电气参数进行采样。控制部分采用数字I/O板通过控制固态继电器来驱动接触器或继电器通断。软件方面采用VB编程,中断处理程序实现数据采样、逻辑控制等功能。文献中的数据处理方面主要针对电网频率、功率因数的计算。通过对采集到的电压信号的分析,利用快速傅里叶变换将时域信号变换为频域信号,将变换的结果分别放在实部与虚部的数组中,出现峰值的位置为电网频率,利用公式计算出电网频率。将采集到的数据进行傅里叶变换,将时域信号变换为频域信号,从而计算出电压和电流的相位,进而求得功率因数。

直流接触器作为应用广泛的电气开关之一,其生产和需求数量巨大,在正常使用过程中,电磁铁线圈一直通电工作,产生电磁吸力,保证铁芯和衔铁吸合,带动动、静触头闭合,接通电路。在上述过程中,线圈本身存在电阻,持续消耗电能,这是直流接触器主要的使用成本之一,浪费了大量的能源和财产,因此,如何降低直流接触器的工作耗能,是研究直流接触器的关键点和重难点。直流接触器永磁操动机构是一种在传统直流接触器电磁操动机构基础上发展而来,将电磁操动机构和永磁铁相结合的混合型操动机构,不单单使用原有的电磁吸力和弹簧反力作为铁心吸合与分离的动力,而是加入了永磁铁对铁心的吸引力,采用储能电容充放电提供合闸、分闸电力,通常称之为“电磁操动,永磁保持,电子控制”。在分、合闸运动过程中,电磁吸力,永磁吸力与弹簧作用力共同作用,在稳定工作过程中,采用永磁吸力代替之前的电磁吸力,保持衔铁与铁芯心的吸合状态。一则,永磁操动机构大量节约了保持线圈的电能消耗,环保节能。二则,永磁体保持吸合与电磁吸合相比,噪音低,无污染。三则,永磁操动机构剔除了电磁机构中一系列复杂繁琐锁扣保护装置,大大提高了接触器操动机构的工作可靠性,降低了生产工序和成本,减小了接触器的体积。 [1] 3SU10004BP610AA0ZY11

对电器技术性能的考核主要还是采用型式试验,该方法侧重于考察电器的机械与电气寿命,并不能对电器的动态特性及其机械电气寿命的影响进行综合评估。因此研究基于动态特性检测的电器性能综合评估对于电器产品的研制与出厂检测具有实际指导意义。文献通过对交流接触器动态过程进行测试,从触头测试波形中提取能够表征接触器机械及电气特性的参数,通过建立接触器性能综合评判模型,从而形成接触器动态性能综合评判系统。交流接触器动态测试装置以DSP为核心,搭建各种信号传感器,通过RS232 与上位机进行数据通信。该测试装置可以完成对接触器励磁电流、电压,吸合过程线圈功耗的电气参数的测量。对本课题试验装置的搭建具有实际的指导作用,同时其提出的接触器性能评判系统对本课题将要研究的接触器性能退化及可靠性估计具有重要的参考价值。3SU10000BB400AA0ZY12
