陶瓷片现场贴制施工工艺
对需施工部位进行清理：去除表面的灰尘、 污垢及锈迹。
1. clean-out the construction part: remove the dust、dirt and rust from the surface.
配胶：双组份胶应严格按照混合比例均匀混合（此胶配比为A:B及2:1），一次不宜混合太多，以免超过适用期而造成浪费。
2.glue preparation：two-pack glue should be mix strictly accordance the mix ratio，（ this glue was A:B and 2:1）, it’s not suitable to mix too much in case cause some waste when over the probation period.
施胶:按瓷片的受压、反压形状粘贴瓷片，将调好的粘合剂均匀涂抹在瓷片表面，胶层厚度最好控制在0.06-0.15mm之间，要求粘结剂涂抹均匀饱满。
3. sizing: paste the cersamics in according to the under pressure and back pressure, put the bond in the surface of cersamics regular, it’s better to control the thickness during 0.06-0.15mm, it request that bond daubing regular and full.
固化：常温下瓷片与钢体粘贴后回化时间为24小时 ，72小时后达到最高点。如加热到60℃保温2小时回化可得到更高的综合机性能。当环境温度低于10℃时，固化时间会延长，应采取加温措施。
4.solidify: the melting takes 24 hours after the cersamics stick with the steel, after 72 hours will gets the highest point. Eg：after heated to 60℃ and keep warm for 2 hours it will gets the higher Integrated machine performance. When the temperature low 10℃, it will take long time to solidify, should take some warming up measures.
注意事项：1.严禁施工时磕碰工件。
Attentions:1.Never knock against workpieces when construction
2.严禁在粘接固化前使用产品。
Never using the products before stick and solidify.
3.瓷片安排一定要有序，遵守三面受压、三面反 压的规律。
3.Arrange the cersamics must have order，observe the regular of facing three pressure and three opposite pressure.
